The Maker's Studio: (Ages 9-11)

Service Description

Young artists will dive deeper into the creative process as they explore sculpture, design and mixed-media construction through engaging, hands-on projects. Working with materials such as clay, cardboard, fiber, recycled objects and other sculptural media, students will investigate how artists use line, texture, form, balance and movement to bring ideas to life. Inspired by contemporary artists, they will strengthen technical skills, tackle creative design challenges and develop their own artistic voice while creating unique works of art. This session encourages thoughtful experimentation, creative problem-solving and the confidence to think like both an artist and a maker.
