Plan Your Special Event
Ready to create together? Because each experience is tailored to your group's age, size and needs, we ask that you complete a short event request form. Share a few details about your group and what you are looking for, and we'll be in touch to discuss options and find a date that works. To make sure we can give each event the preparation and attention it deserves, please keep the following in mind:
Plan Ahead
Special event requests should be submitted at least
2 weeks in advance.
Requesting a Date
Submitting an event request does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. All requests are reviewed individually, and your event is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from The Creative Journey Studio.
Group Size
Special events are designed for groups of 10-15 participants. Smaller groups may be accommodated with a minimum event fee. Please contact us if your group falls outside this range.
Outside Items & Celebrations
For celebrations, hosts are welcome to bring cake, treats, presents and balloons or other approved party items. Please let us know about any special setup needs when submitting your request.
Availability
Special event dates are limited and are booked on a first-confirmed basis. We may not be able to accomodate every requested date, project or event type.
Our goal is to make the planning process easy while creating an experience that feels special, creative and uniquely yours.
