The Art of Nature/Independence Oaks

Service Description

Step outside and create with nature as your studio! Campers will bring sketchbooks to observe and draw the natural environment at Independence Oaks and create land art using natural materials they collect. Students will explore how nature can serve as both inspiration and medium in the art making process. Our camp includes one special field trip day, with the remainder of the week thoughtfully spent in the studio creating, exploring and bringing ideas to life.
