At The Creative Journey Studio Summer Art Camp, children are invited to explore, create and grow through meaningful artistic experiences. Each week blends hands-on art projects with inspiring themes and field experiences that connect creativity to the real world. Campers will experiment with a variety of materials, build confidence in their artistic voice and discover the joy of creating in a supportive, engaging environment.

Creativity thrives when children are given the freedom to explore. Campers experiement with a variety of materials, techniques and themes allowing them to discover what excites and inspires them. We focus on the process of creating, not just the final product, fostering curiosity and a love of learning.

More Than a Camp—A Creative Journey
At the Creative Journey Studio, each part of camp is designed to support creativity, build confidence and provide a meaningful experience your child will look forward to each day.
Why Parents Choose The Creative Journey Studio
Parents can feel confident knowing their child is learning in a structured, supportive and engaging environment led by an experienced art educator. With small group sizes, individualized guidance and thoughtfully planned activities, campers receive the attention they need while still enjoying the freedom to explore and create.
Transportation
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing transportation to and from the studio and all field trip locations. We'll make this easy by sending clear directions, schedules and meeting details ahead of time so you know exactly where to be and when.
Creative Growth & Confidence
Beyond finished artwork, campers develop confidence in their ideas and abilities. Through encouragement and positive reinforcement, children are supported in making creative decisions, trying new techniques and expressing their individuality. The focus is on growth, exploration and helping each child feel proud of what they create.
What’s Included in Each Camp Session
Each camp sessions includes everything your child needs for a creative and comfortable experience. All art supplies are provided, along with a daily snack to keep our campers energized and focused. Every camper will also receive a camp t-shirt to wear during the week and take home as a fun keepsake of their time in the studio.
A Day at Camp
We offer two camp experiences each day:
Morning Session 9am-12pm (Ages 9–11)
A more in-depth experience that includes a special field trip day connected to the weekly theme, giving campers the opportunity to connect art with real-world inspiration. These experiences will spark ideas that we bring back to the studio and develop into our own creative projects through the remainder of the week. Campers will bring their artwork home at the end of the week, ready to share and celebrate everything they've created.
Afternoon Session 1-3pm (Ages 6–8)
A studio-based session focused on hands-on projects, skill-building, and creative exploration in an age-appropriate setting. The week concludes with an artist showcase where campers share their artwork and celebrate their creativity with family and friends. Both sessions follow a similar creative flow with activities tailored to each age group.
We meet Monday through Thursday
to create a focused, engaging camp experience that balances creative learning with time for rest and reset. This format is designed to give your family the gift of long, unhurried summer weekends.
